TriggerPoint Media, Inc. is a marketing and advertising company located in Austin, TX. We specialize in designing and building DooH networks for Distributors and Retail environments to increase communication effectiveness, upsell products, and deliver AdRevenue to the Digital Signage owner. Our proprietary technology enables businesses to validate successful marketing initiatives, in-store promotions, and product offerings by providing actionable insights for fast and easy content updates.

The Content Strategist plays a key role in delivering content-driven marketing services for agency clients, with a focus on digital signage and CMS-supported campaigns. This mid-to-senior-level, client-facing role is responsible for developing and managing strategic content plans, building playlists, and leading content-related onboarding and execution.

As the content thought leader for assigned clients, the Content Strategist helps shape messaging strategy, educates clients on best practices, and ensures that campaign assets fully leverage the capabilities of our CMS. This hands-on role requires both strategic thinking and execution rigor to drive meaningful marketing outcomes.

The Content Strategist ensures that every client interaction—from onboarding to ongoing content execution—is driven by insights, structured workflows, and high-quality messaging. Ultimately, this role ensures that digital content is optimized and tailored to the client's specific digital signage environment, maximizing its impact and relevance.

Responsibilities:

Client Content Strategy & Execution

  • Serve as a strategic content leader for assigned clients, acting in a consultative capacity to guide campaign messaging, structure, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain customized content strategies for digital signage, text, email, and other supported channels.
  • Using our CMS, manage playlist creation, organization, and updates, including advanced scheduling logic and audience targeting as needed.
  • Maintain an elevated working knowledge of all digital signage features and CMS tools to build complex, high-functioning playlists.
  • Create, design (as appropriate), or collaborate with graphic designers to develop content assets for campaigns and signage.
  • Monitor and fulfill client content scheduling requests with 100% accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Lead onboarding for new clients on all content-related systems and workflows (not technical install).
  • Provide training and documentation to help clients and internal users manage or review content effectively.

Client Interaction & Process Tracking

  • Respond to content-related client inquiries and requests via meetings, email, or shared inboxes.
  • Track key client interactions, requests, decisions, and follow-ups in the CRM to support team accountability and visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal design, deployment, and support teams to ensure seamless content delivery.
  • Support quarterly or annual client reviews by analyzing content performance, engagement metrics, and industry trends when applicable.

Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of experience in content strategy, marketing communications, or digital campaign development.
  • Demonstrated success working directly with clients or account teams in an agency or services setting.
  • Experience managing digital content and campaigns using CMS platforms (digital signage experience preferred).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and messaging skills tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Strong presentation and client communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
