As an HVAC Field Engineer, you will be the face of our projects while working closely with clients, subcontractors, and the internal project team to ensure that our HVAC systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct field surveys and assessments to determine project requirements and specifications.
  • Oversee the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues in the field.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and subcontractors on HVAC projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers and design teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and compliance checklists.
  • Participate in training and mentorship sessions for junior engineers and technicians.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC field engineering or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with field measurement tools and HVAC design software.
  • Willingness to travel to job sites as required.
