Job Title : IT Support Specialist (Level 2 Help Desk O365, Active Directory, VMware, Workspace1)

Location : Albany, NY(Onsite)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications :

• Experience providing Level 2 help desk support with a strong hands-on and end-user-focused approach.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting Windows 11 operating systems.
• Experience installing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook in an enterprise environment.
• Proficient in the use of Lansweeper, Remote Desktop, and Active Directory for system support and management (all three tools required).
• Experience utilizing ITSM service desk platforms for incident and request management.
• Skilled in configuring and installing Windows-based hardware, software, peripherals, network printers, and thin clients.
• Experience performing system imaging and capable of lifting and transporting equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Experience supporting and administering RSA Console and Workspace ONE environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience assisting users via phone, email, and in-person support channels.
• Hands-on experience using VMware vSphere to support and manage virtual desktop environments.
