Regional Community Manager wanted for portfolio of market rate multi-family properties located in New England. Responsibilities Provide support for Property Managers and Service Managers Oversee all leasing and marketing efforts Focus on reducing controllable expenses at the property level Monthly reporting on traffic, conversion ratios, occupancy and market dynamics Full use and proficiency of Yardi Voyager including maintenance module Overall appearance, upkeep and curb appeal of properties Report to VP of the Residential Division Qualifications ~5-10 years experience as a market rate property manager ~ Bachelor's Degree ~ Yardi Proficiency ~ Excellent communication skills ~ Self Motivated with team leadership qualities Excellent pay and benefits
