This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
We’re looking for a second Quality Assurance Officer to join our Clinical Governance team and help set new standards in virtual healthcare. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our practitioners deliver care that’s safe, ethical, and fully compliant with NSQHS, prescribing laws, and telehealth privacy standards.
You’ll work closely with clinical data, AI-assisted tools, and cross-functional teams to run regular audits, surface insights, and support improvements to our quality systems. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in healthcare quality or compliance to shape the future of virtual care in Australia.
