**Overview** **Pay Range:** $75 per hour -$85 per hour USD (Union Prevailing Wage Scale) The pay listed is the salary range for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. **Please refer to your union representative for benefit information** **Essential Functions** Mechanical aptitude Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders, work in attics, garages, crawl spaces and on roofs. Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image. Provide exceptional customer service while on the job site. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks daily. Results driven in a high-energy environment. Attention to detail. Must be able to follow directions and work independently. **Responsibilities** Installs, maintains, and repairs ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Ensures compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act Completes other duties as assigned. Maintain good working order of company vehicle. Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle. Travel to job sites in the service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customer. Participate in company-provided training opportunities on customer service and the latest industry technologies.
